The “UI/UX design in energy industry” module studies the theory and tools used in the development of applications and sites interfaces design. Students will learn practical methods of interfaces development and how to apply these techniques to energy-related data and sites.

The module structure is built in a way to prepare students to the real life problems as much as possible, that’s why modern approaches to interfaces design development are considered and latest trends are taken into account.

The “English for Engineers and Scientists” module is designed to help students develop their English language proficiency in the context of engineering and scientific communication. The module covers key skills such as academic writing, technical writing, and presenting scientific information in English. The course may include topics such as the structure and organization of scientific

The Graduation Project in the MSc in Informational Technologies for Sustainable Energy Engineering course is designed to allow students to apply their knowledge and skills to a real-world project in the field of sustainable energy engineering. The project can be either research-based or industry-based, and can be conducted individually or in a group. Students will work closely with a faculty advisor or an industry partner to define the project scope, develop a methodology, collect and analyse data, and present their findings. The Graduation Project provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to apply their knowledge and skills to a practical problem in sustainable energy engineering, and to produce a high-quality report or thesis that showcases their work

The students' placement is carried out before the completion of the master diploma project. During this practice, theoretical knowledge from all modules of the course is deepened and consolidated, factual material is selected for the fulfilment of a graduate project. During the placement  student partially performs the functional duties of an employee at the entry level of proficiency and solves real tasks, considering standards and quality management problems to come up with sufficient and consistent solutions for the graduation project.

“Standards and quality management system in energy industry” section will aim to provide students with an understanding of the principles of quality management in the energy industry, including the development and implementation of quality management systems. Students will learn about the different international and national standards and regulations that apply to the energy industry, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.
